Are you analytically sharp, commercially driven, and eager not just to sell, but to help elevate an entire sales process? At Copernica, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to grow into a trusted sparring partner for marketing and IT decision-makers.
At Copernica, we believe in the strength of our product. As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth. Your mission is clear: get potential customers excited about our software. Together with a team of marketers and sales professionals, you’ll actively contribute to expanding our business.
You’ll operate on the front line, which entails initiating conversations, attending events, identifying opportunities, and feeding back insights on what works (and what doesn’t) in the market. You’re not a traditional salesperson; you’re a thoughtful conversation partner. You dive into the world of e-commerce and digital marketing to truly understand a customer’s challenges and uncover where we can create value.
This role gives you direct exposure to how SaaS sales works at a strategic level. It is not just about strong execution, but also about improving our processes.
You’re at the beginning of your career and ambitious about becoming an expert in tech sales (SaaS). An impressive resume is not required. We’re primarily looking for energy, ambition, and a strong willingness to learn and improve.
Skills that support you in this role include enthusiasm, strong cognitive flexibility, and the ability to put yourself in someone else’s position during a conversation.
As the majority of our prospects & customers are Dutch, a full professional proficiency level in Dutch is a must.

For this role, we are primarily looking for the right aptitude. You learn quickly, are curious about technology, and want to understand how digital marketing and software come together. In conversations, you quickly sense what someone means and where the real question lies. You connect easily with people, build trust, and are able to consistently bridge the gap between what a prospect needs and what Copernica can offer. With that combination of learning ability, interest in technology, and relational skills, you can grow quickly in this role.
